Ya know how this happens:
And you think you’ll spend your life like this:
But, it ends like this:
So, I do what any other person would do and go live with my parents for some of the time.
But, to get to my parents I have to drive for an hour and a half in rush hour traffic with a barking dog and fussing baby while listening to Barney.
And then Sadie gets sick {on the second anniversary of her hospitalization}.
And all I want is my husband and all Sadie wants is her dad – but he is no where to be found.
That’s when I say “Aye Caramba”!
*******
At least we’ll get to spend eternity together even if on earth we’re always apart.
Johnson Family - I know exactly how you feel Alicia! We did the same thing this weekend. It’s so good to have Bret back.
KT - Not to one up you or anything, but one time Warren lived in South Africa and I lived in America after we were married. For three months. Then he moved to Florida and I stayed in Utah. For five months. For the first three years of our marriage we spent at least 3 months apart every year. I’d like to think that was our secret to happiness, but really, it just sucked. My point is: I empathize with you. But my real point is: I win.
KT - Also, sorry Sadie is sick! Kids should be immune from getting sick. No me gusta.
