Lori-OK, I’ll comment here because I’m not sure where else to do it–running is good, can only seem to get out about twice a week. Next week is when I start my actual training program–it’s an 8 week program. You can find them on halhigdon.com. I have the Nike+ipod chip that goes in my shoe that tells me my pace. I don’t know my mph, but I usually run 2.5 miles and the average pace for that is between 8:25 and 8:35 per mile. Keep in mind, I’ve been running for about three and a half years, minus the pregnancy time. Let me know how its going.ReplyCancel
