Kimmy Came Home!

After 18 long months Kimmy came home! A happy day indeed! She’s still her same, wonderful self….just slightly more mature and wise. My brothers took a little while to adjust to returning from their missions, but Kimmy doesn’t seem weird or overwhelmed at all. Missionaries lives are very regimented.  They wake up, exercise, get ready, eat breakfast, study scriptures/language, study with a companion, etc. Also, they have to be with their companion at all times. Their lives are entirely dedicated to service, gospel study, and teaching while they’re away. It can be difficult for many to adjust to their normal, less structured lives.

Sadie and Jax have fallen in love with her all over again. It’s taken McKay a while to warm up but he’s pretty smitten with her now, too.  Sometimes.

Her service was a blessing!  I’m happy she went.  I’m happy she’s home.
