Sunday Nights

Sundays evenings are probably my happiest time in a week.  (Fridays nights are a close second.)  Now that my dad is the Stake Patriarch we do a lot less family dinners with them on Sundays because he is often busy with that church calling.  It’s proven to be a blessing because the quiet simplicity of Sunday evenings gives me just the rejuvenation I need.  Almost every week after dinner we go on a walk to the lake by our house or to Crews Lake Park for some nature watching.  The sun seems to shine extra bright and sweetly on Sundays evenings.

This makes me laugh every time I see it! The chick almost ran into the gutter but I saved her.

He loves his little baby doll!

Much to Sadie’s disappointment the chick didn’t want to stay in the stroller.
