The kids were ornery, tired, and very ready to go home by the end of the trip. Grandma Cliffie did play dough with the boys while we got packed up in the morning. Sadie was still playing at Jadyn’s house. They had a great time at their sleep over!
This was the first time in the trip that McKay let Grandma Cliffie hold him. He’s slow to warm up!

The flights were good and mostly uneventful. We did experience quite a bit of turbulence throughout the day. Jax said during one rocky time, “Wow! This is a crazy plane. It has a crazy driver!” McKay slept on the first flight and none of them slept on the last flight. Shocking and sad! They were all exhausted and squirmy by the time the plane landed in Tampa. We were all so happy to be safely home! Jax said when we landed, “No more planes! We’ve been on one, two planes and now NO MORE!” *With his finger up and waving* “No, no, I won’t get on any more planes!”

Mary Meyers - It was SO fun to travel with you guys! The kids are a riot to be with!!! Jax is SO funny, I can just hear his little voice saying, “No more planes!” Reminds me of the time I thought he was saying something about a house and moving and I asked him if you guys were moving to a new house and he quickly answered, “No, no, Mimi, THIS house is not broken!” He’s a funny guy!!!

Shannon - What a fun weekend in Utah! You sure do know how to pack a lot of fun into a few days. We wish we could have visited with you as well. Hopefully next year!
